Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will accept returns and process refunds in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us withing 2 days upon receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that you did not order or an incorrect quantity, please notify us immediately upon delivery of goods, and we will resolve the issue.
